Where are you based?

Aamras is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra formerly known as Aurangabad and our products are handcrafted in Jaipur. Sambhajinagar is our founder’s hometown, we operate from here and ship all over the world. 

What materials are used in your jewellery ?

We use premium materials, including high-quality brass with 22-carat gold plating, 92.5 sterling silver, semi-precious gemstones, natural freshwater and shell pearls. The gold plating on base metal is 18kt. We also use 23kt gold foil in our Thewa craft products. 

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is simple and seamless. Explore our collections, choose the pieces you love, and add them to your cart before heading to checkout. Once your purchase is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with all the details. If you need help at any point, our team is just a message away. 

Oh no! The piece I love is sold out. What can I do?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, making them truly special and limited in availability. If something you love is sold out, feel free to reach out to us at aboli@aamrasdesign.com, and we’ll let you know if it becomes available again. Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Yes, we offer premium gift packaging to make every piece even more special. Reach out to us on aboli@aamrasdesign.com where we can assist you further, add a personal note, and we’ll ensure an exquisite unboxing experience with no pricing details included.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Our digital gift cards make the perfect gift for anyone who loves exquisite jewellery and the joy of choosing their own piece. Available in multiple amounts, they can be easily redeemed exclusively on our website, offering a thoughtful and flexible gifting experience.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options, including major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) even for domestic orders, as part of our security measures. Our checkout process is fully encrypted to ensure every transaction is safe, smooth, and protected.

How can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at aboli@aamrasdesign.com and our team will be happy to help. Please note that all custom and made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled once the crafting process has started.

Do you offer free domestic shipping?

We’re pleased to offer free shipping across India, making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Your jewellery will arrive packaged securely. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We do! For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and order value at checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

When will I get my order?

Domestic orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days and delivery times vary based on location. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout. For international shipping the timelines vary by country and will be shown at checkout. Typically delivered within 10 to 20 business days. Delivery time for custom orders varies as per the product. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Once your package is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking ID so you can follow its journey every step of the way. If you need any assistance at all, team Aamras is always happy to help. 

Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?

Your peace of mind matters to us. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen in transit, simply get in touch with us at aboli@aamrasdesign.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement at the earliest. Relax, we’re here to make sure your experience stays smooth and worry-free.

Can I exchange my jewellery?

We offer a 48 hour exchange policy from the time of delivery. If you wish to exchange your piece, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.  Exchanges will be issued as store credit. It MUST be notified by email to aboli@aamrasdesign.com with package opening video, images and specific details within 48 hours of delivery. 

Can I return my jewellery?

Returns are only accepted if the piece arrives damaged. It MUST be notified by email to aboli@aamrasdesign.com with package opening video, images and specific details within 48 hours of delivery. Refund will be issued back to the bank account within 5-7 business days after inspection of the returned product. We can arrange a replacement or return as necessary.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Keep your jewelry shining beautifully by avoiding direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, deodorants, and makeup. Remove your pieces before swimming or bathing, and gently clean with a soft cloth after use. Store each piece separately in your Aamras box or pouch to keep it safe, scratch-free, and tangle free. 

Is your jewellery waterproof?

While our pieces are made to last, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain their shine and longevity.

Will the jewellery tarnish?

With proper care, our jewelry maintains its finish for a long time. Natural wear may occur over time, but following our care guide helps extend its life.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes, our pieces are designed to be skin-friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.

Can I place bulk or wholesale orders?
