Return Policy
We offer a 48 hours return window from the date of fulfilment on any damaged item with no questions asked. It MUST be notified by email on aboli@aamrasdesign.com with package opening video, images and specific details.
If the returned item was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account with the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping.
The costs of shipping the order back to us will be borne by you. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service like FedEx, DHL, DTDC etc. as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us.
Returns are applicable only on orders placed through our official website. For products purchased via other platforms or resellers, their respective return policies will apply.
The refund will be credited in the same bank account used while ordering. It will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product as per RBI guidelines.
Exchange policy

Exchanges will be issued as store credit. It MUST be notified by email to aboli@aamrasdesign.com with package opening video, images and specific details. Aamras reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving an exchange.
