Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer up to 15 days. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout or via email.

Shipping Time

Domestic (India) standard Shipping time is 3–7 business days. International shipping timelines vary by country and will be shown at checkout but typically delivered within 10-20 business days worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner efficiency.

Shipping Charges

In India shipping is free on all orders.
For international orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order using the ‘Track Order’ page on our website.

Packaging

All products are shipped securely in our signature Aamras box along with a soft pouch ensuring it is safe, scratch proof and tangle free.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping information before placing the order.

Other Issues
