Aai Thewa Necklace

Aai Thewa Necklace is Aamras’s premium heirloom piece, handcrafted using the 400 year old Thewa craft of Pratapgarh, Rajasthan. The pendant features the word Aai meaning mother in Marathi. It is thoughtfully designed with a tiny heart nestled along the curve of the letter “अ". This heart symbolises the fetus in the womb, while the Marathi letter “अ" itself beautifully resembles a pregnant belly, carrying a second, deeper meaning of creation and nurture. 

Every detail is handcrafted, honouring tradition, time, and emotion. The piece serves as a gentle reminder of the nine months a mother carries her child and the eternal bond they share. Rooted in heritage and filled with sentiment, this necklace is not just jewellery, it is motherhood, preserved in art. The necklace is available in four classic colours. Green, blue, coral, and transparent, each adding its own timeless charm.
